Returns

We embody conscious and mindful shopping at Bambi and Rose, so please take your time to select the item and colour you would like. We really want you to love your bag, so if for any reason you change your mind or are unhappy with your choice, we will of course offer you a refund or exchange on your purchase. If you happen to find any defects with your bag, kindly reach out to us and we will take care of it. 


RETURNING YOUR ITEM

You have 45 days to return your item. If you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@bambiandrose.com

In your email, please kindly state the item you wish to return, along with the reason for the return and if you would like a refund or an exchange. 

Please send your purchase back to us, including the enclosed delivery note. 

All tags and packaging must be in original condition and the bag clearly unused. Any items which haven't been returned with love, care and in resalable condition, will regrettably be subject to a restocking fee or will be returned to you and no refund issued.
